The High Long Enterprise Group is composed by the High Long Enterprise Co. Ltd., the C & J Forest Industrial Co. Ltd. and the Hai-Fong Fire Fighting Safety Facility Inspection and Maintenance Co. Ltd.. The antecedent of it is the Li-Ming Company that was established in 1976. As the enterprise grew rapidly, president Jaily Wung bear the idealism of “Portecting your lives and properties is our responsibility” and “To coexist and coprosperous with all profession in the fire fighting safety facility” in mind. He established the High Long Enterprise Group in 1986 of which its main business is for domestic sale promotion. It is the agent for world famous brand products such as the A. B. M. Victoria s.p.a. of Italy, the IWATANI, KOATSU, NITTAN of Japan, Du Pont of the U.S.A. and KIDDE Fire Protection of England et. al.. It is devoted to the promotion of fire fighting and industry safety.

1976:	Establishment of Li-Ming Co. as the professional sale for fire fighting facilities and equipments.
1986:	Expand to High Long Enterprise Co. Ltd.. that dealing with business of acting as the agents for selling imported fire fighting facilities and safety equipments.
1987:	Being authorized as the agent for products including the fire fighting facilities, fire extinguishers of the A. B. M. Victoria s.p.a. of Italy.
1991:	Act as the agents for the automatic fire fighting and fire extinguishing facilities of the two world famous Iwatani and Koatsu companies. Thus the supply capability of the High Long Co. Ltd. was again promoted a great deal.
1995:	Being authorized as the general agent in Taiwan territory for a new fire extinguishing chemicals Du Pont FE-241 of the U.S. A.. In addition to the pushing of green earth, it also reinforced the fire fighting products category. It bought the private owned office in Sec.5th of Chung-Shiao E. Rd. in the same year. The financial thus became more sound and the enterprise image was greatly enhanced.
1996:	Expand its business and act as the agent for the new environmental friendly Du Pont FE-13 fire fighting system of the U. S. A.. It devoted itself to the development of environmental friendly fire extinguishing systems and has won satisfactory results and fame.
1997:	As the professional Manufacturer for the fabrication of the broadcasting mainframe. The quality of the products is excellent and has passed the accreditation of the Fire Department. It has pretty good sale in both the whole sale and retail markets.
1998:	Expand its original fire fighting business level. The Hai-Fong Fire Fighting Safety Facility Inspection and Maintenance Co. Ltd. is established. It offers professional fire fighting safety inspection and maintenance services and report filing business.
1999:	Being authorized as the general agent for both NITTAN fire fighting system of Japan and the Kidde Fire Protection fire fighting facilities. It also sells the Ansul Inergen automatic fire extinguishing system.
2001:	It passed the accreditation of the ISO 9001 international standard quality managing system from the Standard Inspection Bureau of the Economic Department in June this year. The Japanese NITTAN fire extinguishing system for which we act as agent passed examination and received the official certificate of safe fire extinguishing equipment issued by the Ministry of Internal
