KiActiv® Health rethinks exercise and makes everyday movement a medicine for the prevention and management of disease, and supports older adults to age well. We are a digital behaviour change therapy that delivers improved health outcomes, quality of life and social impact at scale. Our personalised digital service is technology-enabled and Mentor-guided to empower self-care in the context of health, capacity and surroundings. We optimise an individual's physical activity dose by expanding the therapy window to include all ~112 waking hours per week, which results in clinically significant improvements for cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, mobility and mental wellbeing. This unique approach is also shown to be accessible and appealing with a broad demographic and in particular hard-to-reach groups.
 

KiActiv® Health is based on self-determination theory for sustainable behaviour change and integrates our patented technology with the multiple dimensions of physical activity proven to harness the protective properties that are all independently important to health. The results are displayed and contextualised in an interactive online platform that provides actionable insights to help people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to make better lifestyle choices, with the support of a remote, human Mentor.
