• CHILLI SAUCE

Jalen’s chilli sauce can be described as a sauce that prepared from sound, ripe chillies or chilli powder with salt, sugar and vinegar. Chilli sauce may have garlic, ginger, onion and spices or their suitable extraction. Its also may have ripe tomatoes, ripe papayas or ripe pineapples and permitted thickener agent.

Follows are the types of thickener agent that can be added in a small amount during processing :

a) Carragenan

b) Carob bean gum

c) Tragacanth

d) Pectin

e) Modified starch

**Chilli sauce may have permitted coloring substances. suitable for a wide range of cooking purposes, for pasting and dipping depends on consumer desire.

• OYSTER FLAVOURED SAUCE

Jalen’s oyster sauce or hydrolysed vegetables protein sauce can be described as a sauce where the protein is derived from hydrolysed vegetable protein.

This sauce contains permitted flavouring substance, caramel as a coloring agent, permitted flavour enhancer and permitted food conditioner. Jalen’s oyster sauce can be added to the cooking of variety food especially vegetables.

• SOY SAUCE

Jalen’s soy sauce or commonly known as ‘jiàngyóu' can be described as a clear, salty and brown liquid prepared from the fermentation of the bean of the plant Glycine max and cereal or flour. In more details, JALEN soy sauce is a mixing (blended products) of soy bean solution or from defatted soy bean with flour (wheat flour, corn flour), salt (sodium chloride), caramel, sugar or from its derivatives or from both of them. It can be used for cooking or dipping depends on consumer need.
