Che’il Mayan Chocolate Factory is owned and managed by Julio and Heliadora Saqui, a Mayan couple, working with and sourcing their cacao beans from small farmers. These grains are received from small farmers who are housed in a concrete building where they are processed to become chocolate. Che’il produces chocolate bars, cocoa powder, cocoa tea and Maya Che’il coffee.
