The name of this tea (Bai Hao) denotes the abundant white fuzz that covers its long, thin leaves. Its infusion is translucent and quite shiny, with an interesting pink color and abundant fluff in suspension. In the mouth, sweetness prevails, while the smell is saturated with a pleasant and harmonious floral scent. Throughout the infusions, the pink color gives way to a yellow/golden color and the Hui Gan becomes more pronounced. Its finish is persistent and delicate.
