About us

We are a small family business that was born with the first harvests of our farm (2017) dedicated to the cultivation and transformation of the Cocoa fruit under the TREE TO BAR initiative, from the tree to the bar and of single origin SINGLE ORIGIN, this means that our Chocolate maintains strict quality controls from its origin on our farm to its final product. Our farm is located in the Lake Yojoa region and, like all Honduran Cocoa, has an exquisite flavor and aroma, its variety is mostly Trinitarian. Our chocolate is made in the kitchen of our house, selecting each grain manually and later we transform our cocoa into chocolate with the use of small production machines, some built by ourselves, taking care to give it enough time, the homogeneity of the product,always maintaining quality and hygiene standards. We would like to describe what our chocolate tastes like, what notes of taste and smell it contains, but we believe that each palate will have to judge.
