Chef Hong have more then 30yrs experience in F&B, footprints all over the country in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China & Hong Kong. Dato Liew Bin is a famous Entrepreneur in Malaysia, he also one of the key person in MRCA , Malaysia largest retail chain association.
ALemak Sambal Ikan Bilis is a dairy traditional dressing for Malaysian family, our sambal specific is full of Ikan Bilis , it always tasteful in our meal. We can serve together with rice , noodles & bread or fried together with fried rice or seafood , even vegetable expiacily stir fried with water spinach.
