We are passionate about coffee! Our gratitude goes out to those who make it possible to harvest these precious grains in the remote high-altitude regions of Honduras. We also want to express our admiration for the master roaster, (also known as: “Coffee – Hunter”).

Together, harvesters and roasters play an important role in optimizing the best qualities of coffee to stimulate your senses. Our master roasters regularly visit remote coffee farms and plantations. Best of all, they are ready to share great coffee with you!.

We are collaborating with one of the most recognized roasters in Honduras and Central America, with more than 12 years of experience. In doing so, our goal is to provide our subscribers with freshly roasted coffee just in time to preserve its attributes. Our master roaster has extensive knowledge of the various regions of origin in Honduras and Central America. He also shares his knowledge and experience to coffee growers in order to improve their techniques and procedures leading to better quality coffee. This allows him to prepare single-origin blends and selections for you to enjoy. You will love tasting the subtle characteristics of our coffee as it changes from one area of ​​origin to another!

Our commitment is to connect you directly with the coffee farmer and roaster. Our goal is to bring freshly roasted coffee to your table every month.
